You can impress them more if only you could write them all in English.
I can easily take 20% of the existing management salary, contract for 2 years and in return pay me the rest in stock or stock options, if the stock price don't go up, no real lost or expenses incur to Cathay. How many potential CEO are willing to take on such terms ?
Of course there are a lot more options I have in mind, not going to tell it all in here.
