I believe the Chinese media just claims this to be a massive 2D phase array radar meant to defeat the stealth technology. Quantum radar is a different subject. The picture shown here is the anti-stealth "low-frequency" massive phase array radar, not the "crazy-pure-theoretical" quantum radar. In the real battle field, the quantum technology is not there yet. Likewise, the so-called quantum communication is also a misnomer. It is just a way of ensuring the integrity of the encryption key, not communicating the payload itself. I wish the scientists/engineers working in this area can help correct the various misnomers spread by the media who tend to be quite "tech-ignorant".

The US has likely already discovered either A) a different spectrum of stealth materials that cannot be detected again and will give us an edge for quite some time B) New methods of flight that won't require stealth. Remember our SR-71 Blackbird designed many decades ago? Imagine a fighter/bomber of such speed.
