「良心之光」quotes the separation of powers is a model for the governance of a state (or who controls the state).

Therefore the model can not be applied in Hong Kong.

Unless「良心之光」does not agree Hong Kong is not a state, otherwise the topic is closed in my view.]

一句講曬，藍字部分證明呢個post系廢嘅，標題都系錯嘅。一個不適用於香港政制嘅概念、理念(三權分立)，對港人嚟講不是一個必須知道嘅概念。樓主有企圖對網友灌輸與基本法及香港政治現實相違嘅理念嘅嫌疑。

樓主應該迷途知返，此貼討論可以休矣。

2.那段英文是一樓那個‘’三權分立定義‘’的一部分。你引用這部分，是否表示你接受那個定義？
